Salsa Picante

Ingredients:

  • 1 C coarsely chopped onion
  • 1 C cilantro sprigs
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained

Directions:

  • Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor, and process until minced. Combine onion mixture, lime juice, salt, and drained tomatoes in a medium bowl; stir until well blended.
