Guacamole
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados; peeled
1 jalapeno, seeded, minced
1/4 C diced red onion
1/2 bottle favorite beer
4 Tbsp sour cream
1 lime, juiced
salt and pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
