Greek Yogurt with Honey

Ingredients:
  • 1 C plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey
Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Good for a morning snack.
