- 1 tsp oil
- 2 C thinly sliced onions
- 4 C thinly sliced fresh mushrooms (about 3/4 lb)
- 1 lb sliced cooked chicken
- 1 C Marsala wine
- 4 bacon cheddar cheese slices
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in chicken and wine; cook 2 minutes or until wine has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
- Top with cheese; cover. Cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
- Spoon chicken mixture down centers or tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
