Maple-Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 Tbps maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp grainy mustard
  • salt
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Whisk together maple syrup, oil, mustard and salt.
  • Slice sprouts in half, toss with maple mixture and roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
