- 1/2 C water
- 1 package (9 oz) onion-mushroom soup mix
- 2 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck eye roast
- 1 lb baby red potatoes
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 onion, thickly sliced
- 1/2 C A1 steak sauce (optional)
- Mix two ingredients. If using steak sauce, mix that as well.
- Place meat in slow cooker. Top with vegetables and sauce; cover.
- Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours (or on high for 6 to 7 hours).
