Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1 package (9 oz) onion-mushroom soup mix
  • 2 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck eye roast
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 onion, thickly sliced
  • 1/2 C A1 steak sauce (optional)
    Directions:
    •  Mix two ingredients.  If using steak sauce, mix that as well.
    • Place meat in slow cooker.  Top with vegetables and sauce; cover.
    • Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours (or on high for 6 to 7 hours).
