Chicken BLT Salad with Creamy Avocado-Horned Melon Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 C sliced cooked chicken breast (about 1 lb)
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 (10 oz) package romaine salad
  • 3/4 C Creamy Avocado–Horned Melon Dressing
  • 3 center-cut bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Drizzle Creamy Avocado–Horned Melon Dressing over salad; top with bacon.
