Creamy Chipotle Wedge Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup light ranch dressing (such as Naturally Fresh)
  • 1 chipotle chile, canned in adobo sauce
  • 1 green onion, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cored and quartered


Directions:

  • Place first 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve over lettuce wedges.
